One must be in the roll of the Bar Council as an Advocate to appear in any Court. In person pleading is not debarred.

No. Advocate Act specifically bars to do so, it is only the advocates under the Act, who can appear and file any appeal or petition on behalf of any party before Hon'ble High Court or Supreme Court
