I advised fishing only because question framed by him suggest he wants to acquire knowledge with out labor, which is injurious to his own health, whether an advocate or student,he may be .Certainly he is not a person with real life problem of law.

I fully agree with Mr. Prabhakar.
The Administrator of this LCI has to do at least the following two steps on immediate basis:
1. Remove the 'Anonymous' facility.
2. To remove the academic questions in the expert area. (This can be done by engaging a Administrator to filter the queries)

Hmmm,

I disagree, people who get on the forum can have some basic query, for which they need an answer. Experts can refrain from answering the questions which seems too basic to them or below their dignity to reply.

INTERIM BAIL as the name suggests is for a limited period pending the bail hearing or upto a specific date.

REGULAR BAIL as the name suggests would be till the completion of trial.

I endorse the views of Shonee. Self respect is also a thing to be noted by experts.
