Dear Mr. Sethi,

Mr. Raju Bhai asked a query earlier about noise pollution caused by generator operated by his neighbour.

It was advised to him to lodge a complaint under Section 133 Cr.PC.

So without sticking to his earlier thread where he originally asked a question, he has opened a fresh thread for the same issue. That is why the confusion.

Mr. Raju Bhai:

Please find attached the provisions of Section 133 CrPC. According to Section 136 Cr.PC, if the order of the Magistrate is not obeyed, the person will be punished under Sec. 188 IPC.
