Names of all heirs can be mutated in all four houses in place of father.May be those brothers who are not agreeing, might be having lesser area.So better way is to get valuation of each property and compensate the lessers and arrive at partition.

YET AN OTHER WAY ADOPTED BY YOU TO ASK SAME QUESTION.
A PARTITION CAN BE ORAL,OR BY A REGISTERED DEED OR BY A SUIT.
Expert niranjan HAS SUGGESTED YOU A RIGHT COURSE OF ACTION IF PROPERTIES DIFFER IN VALUATION.
THIS IS A MESSAGE TO ALL OF YOU THAT MUTUAL CONSENT WILL PAY ALL OF YOU,AS A CONTESTED CASE OF PARTITION MAY TAKE AWAY SEVERAL DECADES OF YOUR PRECIOUS TIME,MONEY, PEACE AND ENERGY.

I do agree with prabhakar singh and I also suggest to develope mutual consent rather wasing money and time in courts for such purpose.
