Salary problem

Hi,
My name is siam and i am working for an animation company called accel animation at the trivandrum division. when i joined as stated in my offer letter an amount of Rs 5000 will be deducted monthly as loyalty bonus and will be credited annually. i joined on 1-11-2008, till now i haven't received any amount. when ever i ask the company they tell me that its in the process. what should i do? shall i move legally?

You are legally entitled to obtain your hard earned money in time and if you have failed to get the same till date, you mus initiate legal action and should start with a written representation to do the needful failing which serve a legal notice followed with civil suit.

obviously without making further delay u should serve him (employer) a Legal Notice asking the entire status.

File a written representation before the officer concerned and take acknowledgement. If no reply is received, then file one or two reminder letters. After that file a petition in the court.
