Regarding purchasing an agricultural land.

Hello Members,
I am a farmer from Maharashtra and i have sold my agricultural land 5 years back.Now i want to purchase another agricultural land,i wanted to know is there any condition which says that a farmer should possess,purchase an agricultural land within a period of 3 years.

Please refer Bombay Land Revenue code,which specified the same,hence you can't purchase Agricultural Land in Maharashtra.
Take a chance the land you sold 5 years back,if not transferred in the name of the purchaser in 7/12,then take the copy of it and be lucky.
