Copy right registeration is must for....?

Dear Forum,

For PPT, Hand outs, Pamphlets, Brochures which we use regulary in Training Classes/Sessions it is mandaotry to register under Copy Rights Act.

Dear AF,

Copyright is automatically attained by the original author. So, it is not mandatory to register. Of course, registration do help the author to establish his copyright without any difficulty in case of any dispute arises between two parties.

If it is been published by you original and you are doubtful that any other competitor will use the same to promote his business,better to get it Copyright.

Elsewhere it is not compulsory.
