Respected sir,
I file 138 N I Act compliant.
After present compliant court issue summan.
but in between accused pay amount to complainant.
Now I want after present compliant made any payment not main table in Evidence on Record.
Plz guide in which section present application before court for take objection on that :- after present compliant made any document not see in evidence.
If any decision of Raj High Court or Supreme Court plz guide me.

has accused made full payment ?if accused has made full payment to you why you want to drag the matter .

Even if payment made during the trial of the complaint even then it is payment and thus main issue remains fulfilled. You are required to withdraw your complaint and otherwise also courts generally do not punish such accused persons.

what do you want? a litigation or payment? you should not drag the case as the accused has made payment.
moreover, if you r an advocate you should know that dragging a case after payment in full is against legal ethics.

Respected sir,
Thank Expert's,
for interest in my matter,
but my main problem is cheque amount is 1/10 part of due amount,
Party not ready on Recourd due payment.
Party only paid Cheque amount.
Complitant file before 3 year back and now till date very much due amount on record but cheque amount is very few part of till date due amount.
What can I Do,

Accused present recipets before court, But rec dated after present complitant,
Now I want take objecation Before court in evidance act plz direction me in which sec and Higer court of RAj High court and Suprme court decision for help in objecation.
