M-20 form

(Querist) 21 August 2011 This query is : Resolved 
How to conform, that my society had signed Indemnity bond of Form-20. My committee is not helping me in this. We r having MHADA colony.

send a letter to secretary of your society . request the secretary to reply within period of 15 days . you are as member enttiled to take inspection of records on payment of charges
