WHILE IT IS ISSUED NAME ADDRESS OF PERSON IS TO BE MENTIONED ON BACK OF NON JUDICIAL PAPER.
STATUS:NONJUDICIAL PAPER UNSIGNED AND BLANK .
NOW WHAT TO DO IS THERE ANY MISUSE POSSIBLE SIR. NOW WHAT SHOULD BE MY RECOURSE

If the stamp paper is blank and unsigned, you need not to worry, there is no possible misuse.
