Can adivorced wife stop husband from entering his flat

Dear Sir,
A divorced wife is not allowing husband to enter flat in husbands name
A divorced wife is occupying her ex-husbands flat. The minor son is staying there and she was allowed to stay there to look after minor son. Though there is no agreement in writing.
Now she is not vacating the flat. What criminal action has to be taken to vacate the flat?
What about civil action?
All goods in flat belong to husband.

Dear Author,
Pl clarify first the TERMS & CONDITIONS of their DIVORCE SUIT as mentioned in the divorce petition,which are to b treated as the part of decree of divorce, without the knowledge of that terms & conditions of the DIVORCE petition it is not wise to coment on the same, cause THE RIGHT OF MINOR SON IS PIVOTAL in this case.

You can prefer a bit suit against the wife... Suit for injunction against the wife not to interfere with the suit property.

file a civil suit of eviction together with damages for wrongful use and occupation and never allow 12 years to pass from date of divorce decree.
