I had made a registered Will- irrevocable under any circumstances a few years ago ,now I want to make a new will as circumstances have changed. If I make a new Will, does the previous Will get cancelled out automatically ? Do I Have to mention the previous will also? Please advise.

U may make out a new Will.
U will have to state & cancel the previous Will in your new Will.

It is always desirable to cancel previous will, although the law is that a will is always revocable and it is rhe last one to prevail.

Is it neccesary to mention the previous will to cancel it or does it stand automatically cancelled on making the new will ?

In your life time you can make how many wills. No bar. If you like mean you can mentioned about your earlier will.. Otherwise its not mandatory. But if you mentioned mean you can avoid some unnecessary problems in future. I mean to the beneficiary.
