Amendment in hog structure - without bmc perrmission

In our Coop Housing Society more then 50 % had changed their housing structure without BMC Permission, even society committee is also not taking action against them. Due to this the Society is getting damage, to whome we shell complain so that the comittee members can take action against them, Being in majority they are not allowing to pass any resolution in the AGM. Some of the above are in comitee aslo.

1) you will have to write a letter to local ward officer BMC complaining about illegal construction work being doen by members . please enclose a copy of complaint made by you to the scoiety
regarding said illegal constructions
2) in addition you can file a complaint with the Registrar . i presume no application has been made by said members to the Secretary for carrying out any alterations in the flat premises

you can also in the Annual general meeting raise this issue if it is not on agenda of AGM with prior permission of the chair
