I am a owner of the 3BHK flat in korattur,chennai. There are total 4 flats (Ground floor 2 flats and 1st floor 2 flats) among that my flat is big compare to others which is in 1st floor. I would like to know whether is it legal for my neighbourhood flat owner to rent his car parking to outsider which is next to my car parking without consulting of the other 4 flat owners.

YOU MAY KINDLY REFER THE RULES OF THE SAID HOUSING SOCIETY.BETTER CHECK WITH THE SECRETARY OF SAID HSG.SOCIETY FOR CAR PARKING USE BY FLAT OWNERS AND FOR RENT

Every one is free to sell his place. Better you develop good relations with your neighbour so that he may sell it to you instead of outsider.

Your owner can sell/ rent his portion as a whole or a part. You cant stay that unless it disturbs you.
