fees for deed of rectification

(Querist) 21 December 2010 This query is : Resolved 
dear sir,
we are two brothers and our father made a deed of settlement on 7 sept 09.
at the time of applying for patta we came to know that RS No was wrongly mentioned.
we came to know from the registered off we should apply deed of rectification.
if it is the case what is the fees for it?
the sub-reg asking to pay rs10000/ plus rs2100 as fees whereas other legal experts asking rs100 as fees.please advice

You are advised to consult with your local lawyer, he will guide you in right manner.

It requires 200 rs stamp+registration charges +writing expences.
