kindly help and inform me what are all the documents to verified for purchase of agricultural land in tamil nadu, dharmapuri district, harur taluk.

is there is any restrictions for purchase of agricutural land in tamilnadu by non-agriuclturists.

You have to approach an experienced lawyer at Dharmapuri with all the title deeds,revenue extracts and the encumbrance certificates for thirty years.There is no bar for purchasing agricultural lands in Tamilnadu.

2.Patta, Chitta, Adangal
3.Any mortgage
But get a lawyers opinion on the title.
There is no restriction to buy agriland by non-agriculturist
