Appoint a L.C BY THE COURT.

Whether In any proceeding Local commissioner (L.C)can be appointed by the District Consumer court for the inspection purpose.

Distt. consumer court have power to appoint L.C or there is any ruling relating to this matter. if yes plz upload it...

The Consumer Forum has got power to take help of an expert on any technical matter at the initiation of the parties.

Dear sir,

Plz tell me under which C.P.C provison consumer court can appoint a commissioner.

The requirement of the L.C is only for the inspection of the Computer center.

Our Distt consumer court President is not ready to appoint a L.C. She says that there is any law for appointing L,C.

So plz give me full details how i can appoint a L.C. Its urgent
