HOW TO CHECK WHETHER BANK PEOPLE FILED ANY CASE AGAINST ME OR NOT BECAUSE WHILE TAKING LOAN MY RESI ADDRESS WAS HYDERABAD
NOW I SHIFTED TO BANGALORE PERMAMENT ADDRESS BUT I AM NOT RECEIVED ANY NOTICE
PLEASE REPLY ASAP

It appears you are avoiding repayment and at the same time worried about legal action. You can directly establish good rapport with the bank concerned and seek their approval for rescheduling of loan in case of any genuine difficulties for repayment. However, just because you have shifted your residence that doesn't imply you are out of the purview of bank's recovery action. You can check up all the facts from the bank concerned where you have availed the loans and seek their complete co-operation and support. It must never be an one-way traffic.

You have to make searches in the concerned courts to know for sure as to whether any suit is filed against you or not.

Mr.Sathish try repay the loan, dont try to get advice from LCI for this type of activities
