Under section 153 of C.P.C court has power to amend defect or error in any proceeding then is it possible to amend error in affidavit under 153 C.P.C

correction of Error ;-Typographical error can be corrected by the Court at any stage on petition filed by the Party by invoking Sec 153 - "Proceedings" referred to in Sec 153 CPC includes " Plaint" also - Guda Sanjeeva Reddy v/s Kodathala Sujathamma 2006 ( 4) ALT 636 .
