about NGO?

Firstly go to the Secreteriate at Hartali chouk , Patna and find the Registrar of the societies office.obtain an application an filled that and submit before registrar with prescribed fee and documents.
Being an advocate firstly go through the Societies Act 1861.you will find all the process of the registration.

Registered your NGO with Registrar of Societies.Bye laws are required. It is better for you to consult with your local lawyer.

For staring a NGO you have to register a society first. Unregistered NGOs can not get funding. The formalities are simple, you take the help of the Auditor or a lawyer for registering the Society.

I don't think it required a scoities registration as it is not a society or association . It is Non-Government Organization for a specific purpose.
