Judicial Separation

What is meant by Judicial Separation? It for how much time? Can person have second marraige after judicial separation? Does it amounts to Divorce?

Judicial separation does not amount to Divorce. It is a separation under the orders of the Court. The parties will continue to be husband and wife. As such, just because there is judicial separation, one cannot remarry.

And at the same time, the judicial separation for a court determined period ensures that there is no pregnancy occurs so that the male can part or disown once the divorce is granted

Fine, But Judicial Separation is for how much time? What after Judicial Separation period is over? If during or after the Judicial Separation period if husband & wife cohabit what is the outcome? Why judicial separation?

There is no time limit for judicial separation. when again both the contesting parties come on the compromise table and get the decree of judicial separation can be got and then it gets nnulled and they can again unite and also vice-versa.
