CrPC 91- 243(2) - 244(2) difference

Dear Experts
Kidly explin difference between Cr.P.C sections 91,243(2) & 244(2)

Section 91 is a general provision providing for production of any evidence by summoning the the witness at the stage of investigation, inquiry or trial.
Section 243(2) whereas gives such option to the accused person in a case which s a police case.
Section 244(2) is however applies to any other case other than police case and this option is given to the prosecution.

To put it briefly

Sec 91 relates to Summons to produce documents or other evidence

Sec 243(2) relates to Evidence for Defense

Sec 244(2) is the Evidence for Prosecutio
