can a society comiteee has the final authority to cancel a memebership of any member ?? and what are the reasons required for the cancellation..!!

during the formation of a society, some rules and aims & objects of the society will be framed. what are the conditions mentioned in rules for removal or adding? in a general body meeting shall be conducted and 3/4th or 3/5th as noted in the bylaw, majority members shall approve to remove any member or adding a member. and in some cases as per rules of the society the executive committee with its 1/3rd or as noted in the rules can remove or add.

1. Once a Society membership is granted to a Flat-Owner, it CANNOT be cancelled for ANY reason, by the Society.
2. Membership can be cancelled (expelled) ONLY by the Registrar of Coop., .OR. by the Coop. Court.
3. Even AFTER cancellation /expulsion of membership, the Flat-Owner can continue to enjoy his ownership flat,
4. Cancel /Expulsion of membership, can only restrict rights as a member of the Society and not as owner of a Flat.
