Change of the proprietor

I have registered my company in my mom's name. Now i want to change it into my name. How is it possible?

Company means in what form one man company, LLP, Pvt.Ltd. company or public limited company.

Few persons also term firm as a company which means partnership firm.

Please give me further details to advise you further

If it is a proprietary concern.. obtain a fresh license under your name.
