grandfather property

Question is there's a plot of my grandfather. My father is selling that property. Being a daughter and married they are denied me f any share.. Am I entitled to share in grandfather property. That plot was brought by my grandfather and he left without any will. Help me out.

You have no share till your father is alive. If it is from maternal side till your mother is alive. After her if she leaves no will, you are entitled equal share with other legal heirs.

You have not posted the source of the property of your maternal grand-father. If the property was self acquired of your grand-father then the result shall be same as told above but if the same was ancestral then the situation shall be alright different and in that event, you shall also get share.
