I have to file c.m.a ,in suit there are 3 defendants I am defent and municipal is def, now should I send notice to the plaintiff
or should I also have to send notice to
municipal .

You are required to send the notice to all affected parties against whom you want to get relief by way of such application may it be plaintiff or defendant or both.
