Court fee

We want concession to pay court fee in civil case it is 20000 but we want to file suit now by paying 5000 and 15000 after six month is there any procedure to seek time and is it possible to do so we do not want to file pauper suit because it is time consuming ?

no such procedure . suit wont be numbered until full court fees paid .

U hve problem of Court fees too:
So file for declaration & Injunction.. Not to sell or trf ur property.
court fee is very less 200/- mah state

No procedure for filing the court fee at later date after paying a part of it now.

It is not a commercial establishment where you bargain the price and agree for payment through installments. The law is common to all and not favoring to any privileged class.
