Dear Experts my client is intending to buy a property from Educational trust in India. whether he can buy the property without getting any court order. if so please provide me the provision of law.

If the settler has laid the mode of transfer in the deed then okay otherwise permission of District Judge must be sought otherwise beneficiaries may get the transfer declared void.

If the trust deed has provided the process of transfer of the property and the present sale is also being made accordingly then no permission is required.
