Son's right on father's property

It is father's property; (out of his earnings-profit on gambling)
I am the only son;
He is once again programming to misuse the property by making a sale without leaving it to me or to my mother.
Can I have the right over the property; and
stop making the sale transaction; by any legal objection.

What is the alternate source available to make my father stop selling the property;

no you dont have any rights on said property . it is your father self acquired property . he can dispose it as he pleases .

You have no right to stop your father, as it is his self aquired property.

However your mother can stop him legally.
