Hello to all experts.my sister got child custody order in her favour in lower court.my bro in law went to high court and filled pet against this order.h'ble high court asked to server notice to us, but we didnf recieve it.on the records of the court the USR is marked as memo of proof of service.what to do kindly provide suggestion.it is hyderabad high court.thanks

Request any one of Your known Advocate to appear to get the up date stage of the case and File Your Written Version of Representation,in the case , before the High Court, otherwise the matter may be decided in your absence. You can also verify the Case Status in A P High Court Web site . Verify with Case Number mentioned in the Court Notice .
