SOCIETY REGD UNDER DELHI COOP SOCIETIES REG ACT HAS TO CONDUCT ELECTION TO ELECT MANAGMENT COMMITTEE. IF THERE IS NO ELECTION SINCE 2000, WHAT WOULD BE THE STATUS. ARE THE OFFICE BEARER IN 1999-2000 RESPONSIBLE UNDER ANY LAW FOR ANY BREACH OR MISDEED IN AFFAIRS.IS SOCIETY IS IN EXISTENCE ? NO AUDIT CONDUCTED SINCE THAN, WHAT WOULD BE REPRECUSSIONS ? IS SOCIETY COVERED UNDER RTI ?

in such a case you have to make application for appointment of administrator for society . every year audited accounts have to be placed before the members and AGM has to be held .since MC has failed to discharge its responsibilities complai to registrar

Lodge a complaint to Registrar of Societies.
