Leave and license agreement in bhopal,m.p.

i want to give my house on leave and licence agreement.house is situated in bhopal,m.p.license fee is 21000 p.m.I want to know whether registration is compulsory or not.if not registered then what will be its status in court of law?

If you want your house to be given for more than 11 months on leave and license then registration thereto is compulsory.
