there is a temple which is situated in udaipur Dist. of Rajasthan.A registered trust is managing it.6 bigha Ag. land is the property of this temple.This land is registered in trust property by Devsthan Dept.Name of khatedar is charbhuja mandir (sthan deh).We want conversion of this land for charity purpose and development of temple.May it possible?and what process we should apply?

yyou will need permission of the charity commissioner . follow the procedure laid down by public trust act of rajasthan . contact a local lawyer

I want answer for following problem.
There is a land'Name of khatedar is "char bhuja mandir sthan deh".Ther is also a registered trust named Sh,charbhuja mandir trust.Devsthan Dept. of Rajasthan Govt.has declared this land as trust's property.Trust want to develop this land.But Administration does not allow.District collector and other officer say that trust has no right to look after the land.Please clearify what is the rule and How can we solve our problem.
