Sold property mortgaged to a bank for a loan

(Querist) 24 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Kindly forward SC ruling if any, regarding a cheating case - mortgaging the property to raise a loan, which was already sold 6 years back, by producing fictitious documents and colluding with the bank officials.
