Can I execute an agreement in New Delhi, with other party in Karnataka on Stampapers of State of Karnataka.

For Example :

In 100/- stamp Papers (State of Karnataka)

This agreement is made and executed at New Delhi on this …….th day of ……2012 by and between:

ALFA ……… RESIDENT OF DELHI
&
BETA RESIDENT OF KARNATAKA

is this Possible Under Laws of India.

Please guide

In case i executed the Agreement at New Delhi with stampapers of Karnataka State, than what is the impact of such Validity and Jurisdiction of CONTRACT.
