Hello members

Please provide me the rulings for and against on the subject "Right to Sue".

Please tell me the provisions under CPC, except Order 22 of the Code.

I studied sir alot, as I did not find any provision on this and even I try to search authorities but here in the courts the library is not sufficient and there is lack of books of this topic here.
