Guest (Querist) 15 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
Whenever an individual signs an agreement as a party to it,is it obligatory to mention his/her father's/husband's name ,age and residential address in it?
R.K Nanda (Expert) 15 June 2012
It is mandatory, otherwise it will be of no use and illegal and invalid.
ajay sethi (Expert) 15 June 2012
it is obligatory to mention full name and address .
Adv Archana Deshmukh (Expert) 15 June 2012
Of course it is mandatory....How would you identify who is that person if full name, address etc are not mentioned? Suppose you enter into an agreement only by name ARUN, then how can one say that it is only you and not some other arun?
Shonee Kapoor (Expert) 19 June 2012
Yes it is.
