What is a Procedure to change Legal representative of a company when he is representing a limited company in court case and before the judgement company wants to substitute the other person as a legal representative for the same case. who has authorization change it & any CS of the company can substitute the legal representative of the company?

The Board of Directors of the company can change the legal representative by issuing him a prior notice.
