Dear Sir
I booked a residential property in Thane in Dec 2008 which was supposed to be a 18 storeyed building.However,the developer only got approvals from the TMC to construct 18 storeys in July 2010.
Since the builder had no approvals,I had not registered.My question is as per law when should I have registered the property & after what period does it constitute a fine.
