I need landmark judgements for a permanent injunction, my builder instead of agreement to sale made a agreement to lease, allowed a third party to enter into collection of maintenance charges etc.. Are there any judgements in my favour pls help

issue legal notice to builder . contact a local lawyer .
has the builder given in writing that he will enter into agreement for sale only . if contrary to terms agreed at he has entered into agreement for lease it would be cheating .
have you signed agreement for lease?
