Action against vehicle dealer / company

New Two Wheeler (suzuki access) giving problem withing a 4 months repeatedly...almost 15-20 times they have done something to sort out the problem but still im facing the problem...once i met with minor accident with my 3 yrs old son coz scooter stopped suddenly...now we have started giving complaint letters to them with every visit in their service centre (with cc to manufacturer & we are not getting stamped acknowledgemet from the dealer, they just give initials on the letter)...even i am regularly mentioning complaint in their customer feedback book...but there is no final solution for my scooter.. please let us know what action can we take upon the dealer / manufacturer
(Note : We have not recd. any response from the Manufacturer)

It seems that any manufacturing defect exists in your vehicle.If your vehicle is in warranty period than issue legal notice to dealer as well as to manufacturer and demand either to repair or replce the same.If they do not comply with the notice then file complaint before Consumer Forum.

It is advisable to approach the consumer forum against the manufacturer and dealer for manufacturing defect and deficiency of service. Contact a local advocate who can do the needful.

In spite of number of letters sent to company/dealer, not responding properly. So you are suggested to go the consumer form as advised by Shri A V Vishal.

Thanks a lot all of you for replying my quesry so soon... i will defintly do the same as you people suggested..now its time to show them a legal action...since it's question of my wife & 3 yrs old son's safety / life who is taking him to the school everyday on the scooter...thanks again
