Dear sir
i made an accident, in which a 7 yrs old girl lost her lower portion of left leg FIR lodged against me in which charges are IPC 279,337,338. now girl's father wants to compromise and same time he is saying that he can not give any joint memo in court, because it will affect the insurance part of the case. is their any other solution to kill this issue plz guide me. one thing i would like to tell that car was insured and i have my driving license also.i want to help that girl and same time i want to close this case as soon as possible

For the final settlement of the case on merit,his statement before the court is must. It is also true that after his statement before the court,his petition for the claim will get dismissed .So better you refuse from compromise .
