If father got land as a Kul then in that case,
1. Can he gift his land through registered gift deed to his son ?
2. OR Permission require under section 43 of BTAL Act of 1948 of Mahashtra because it is also one type of transferred of land?
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 06 September 2011
1. Yes because by way of Kul tranfer, such father has already become absolute owner of the property.

2. No permission is required.

If your father had completed 32G of Btal act nominal permission is required by PRANT ie. SDO ,if not he has to complete the 32G first.
