Sir,
My brother had received handsome money from Land Acquisition office but he denied to give any penny to me . I am the youngest daughter of my died parents. My question is that either i can claim or not.

Whose land? How did your brother get the compensation? Have you any interest in the property acquired? Please post complete facts.

Yes. Your query lacks clarity. Whose property is this? At the time of land acquisition, whose names entered by the authorities concerned to pay compensation? Your grandfather's property is self-acquired or not?
