two certificate

I have passed matric two times from bihar board,once in 2009 but in 2011 i failed in intermediate exam and then in lack of knowledge i appear in matric exam in 2012 once again.After that i continued my study on 2nd matriculation(2012) and in 2017 i completed my graduation all from bihar.if i selected in govt. job like ssc cgl through 2nd certificate and anybody claims that i have passed matric two times then what problems i have to face?plz suggest me.how i can be legal?

The high intelligent level of people of Bihar is confirmed by your post here.
Now with your 2012 matriculation certificate you continued your graduation so use it and forget the 2009 matriculation certificate.
Use only 2012 certificate for all purpose.
