One police gypsy crossed the road suddenly without putting indictor but he scolded me severely and kicked my bike ..what can I do against him plz give suggestions

u can file complaint against said police officer to higher officers like ACP/DCP of concerned zone.

May approach senior police officers.

Broadly / practically it is doubtful any senior officer would take any step against its staff as you may not be having any concrete proof. However, after media report or intervention from senior politician / bureaucrat you may hope any justice.

Common person has been bearing such terrorism from Police even after 60 years of independence.
