Property sold by forged documents

(Querist) 15 April 2016 This query is : Resolved
my paternal uncle and aunt has sold one of our ancestral property (i dont know how) to a disputed property dealer.
we are 9 legal hiers of the the above mentioned property including the parties who have sold it illegaly.
now the problem is i m not finding any way of proceeding with the case as m nt able to get strong evidence on what basis they have sold it.

need help

pls ask any other information if u need to help me.

note:- we have already sold our 2 ancestral properties mutually other than the above said property through mutation.

i believe documents must have been forged.

You can file a partition suit. Basic documents you can obtain from the SRO and the Revenue Authorities.

Get certified copy of the sale deed from registrar office and discuss with your lawyer. One can sell his share in the property, if so, you can confirm from records, and you would have no claim.

I agree with the experts advise, file a suit for partition through a local lawyer; get the sale transaction set-aside, if your uncle (not aunt since she do not have a share in your ancestral property)has sold the portion of land beyond his share and/or unpartitioned land.
