Not giving information of pf submission

I resigned my job 8 monthsback
I applied for Pf. it's already 4 months past. I asked local office details of pf submission, they simply saying your application was sent to gurgaon head office.
and the pf website is showing no records of submission. I asked local office give me the head office mail ID and phone No. they are not giving any of details. they simply escaping from the matter. what to do? pl advise me whom I have to approach.

If company is not submitting claim then give complaint in writing the the RPFC Gurgaon seeking action against them and also enclose another claim form.

write back if problem doe snot solve.

Whether they have deducted PF from your salary? do you have the salary slip as proof.

PF deducted but not remited in your account is cheating u/s 420 IPC.
