DCDRF shall be a good option.

It shall be appropriate to proceed under the advise of a lawyer specializing in such consumer cases....

Dear Author ,Though the District Consumer Redressal Forum could get you the Remedy, Taking it to the Concerned Medical Council would be a benefit to others also.

This is with regards to my earlier mail.

I had approached one of the reputed Homeopathy doctor (a Psychiatrist by profession who is well known to treat patients internationally) for various health issues in January 2013 and have been on treatment ever since then.

The remedies or medicines given by him and his team of resident doctors have aggravated my Psoriasis(Skin) problem, which is clearly visible and has also worsened my Psychiatric symptoms. Though I wrote them several mails however they denied it asking me to get the brain scanned having known that it won’t prove anything since Psychiatric symptoms cannot be traced through Scan. They are also giving me remedies that is only masking or hiding the symptoms temporarily but without curing it. In short, some of the symptoms have arised due to wrong remedies given affecting my brain and to treat the same the remedies are been given to me that is not helping much.

Despite of all this, my main reason for continuing their treatment is that since these symptoms has resulted due to negligence it has also become difficult for me to explain it to other doctors as to how it happened and I doubt whether other doctors would be able to understand the same and cure. Also I am continuing their medication as it provides temporary relief.

I want to know can some action be taken against doctor for messing up my case since i do not have any proof except for some mails which were written to them.

Also I would like to know since I am staying in Navi Mumbai and the doctor is from Mumbai, do I need to file complaint in Thane District Consumer Forum or Mumbai Consumer forum?

Regards,

Sunil
