Revision petition

A person is aggrieved by the order of M.M Court in Execution petition of 125 Cr.P.C after passing the order the matter shifted to Family Court , now where should the revision file because Family court is also having power of session court , pls. tell what to do , what is the remedy.

Now you have to file revision in high court only.

but the monetary jurisdiction now for high court is above 20 lakhs so would the matter be sustain because the amount is not much higher
